			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This coffee is roasted in Al-Ameed&#8217;s flagship roasteries in Jordan. This Palestinian-owned roastery is reputed to be in the Middle East, founded in Kuwait in 1973 and relocated to Jordan after the Gulf War.</p>
<p>To prepare: Boil water, remove from heat, add sugar and coffee, stir and return to heat, bring slowly back to boil, when coffee starts to rise, remove from heat, stir, return to heat and repeat for one minute without overboiling. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The original Palestinian soap, from Nablus, Al-Jamal (&#8220;Camel&#8221;) is made in a cube-like shape about 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) tall and 2.25 by 2.25 inches (5.7 by 5.7 cm) wide, the colour of Nabulsi soap is like that of &#8220;the page of an old book.&#8221; The cubes are stamped on the top with Al-Jamal&#8217;s factory seal. The smell of Nabulsi soap is distinctive, although it is not perfumed.</p>
<p>Nabulsi soap has three primary ingredients: virgin olive oil, water, and a compound of sodium.</p>
